20/20 Captioning – “WOW!” is an understatement. 

The first semester that we provided CART services on our campus we did not even know where to start. Jeanette and her staff walked us through every detail and aspect of providing CART service.

It was evident that Jeanette was personally committed to ensuring our success with the service. She and her staff have displayed the utmost professionalism in working with our office, our faculty and our students. She is committed to ensuring that our students have the same level of communication access as other students in class. Jeanette has made my job easier because her service runs so smoothly and effortlessly. I never worry about our CART service. It just happens with very little intervention from my office - that is a real plus to me as a one person, DSS office.
